重症医学科患者身体约束的护理措施
【摘要】目的:探讨减少身体约束的护理并发症发生的护理措施。方法:随机选取本院重症医学科(ICU)2013年8月-2014年8月收治的患者136例,均分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各68例,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组通过对患者的评估,与患者及家属进行沟通,实施保护性约束,同时给予患者心理护理、加强护士的教育及培训。对比和调查两组患者并发症的发生率及患者对护理工作的满意度情况。结果:通过对患者的评估,实施保护性约束,取得了明显的效果,减少了并发症的发生,增加了患者和家属的信任。结论:通过科学的方法不仅减少了并发症的发生也得到了患者及家属的信任。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the nursing measures to reduce the incidence of : Randomly selected from our hospital intensive medicine (ICU) in August 2013 - August 2014 patients treated 136 cases were divided into experimental group and control group in the two groups, 68 cases in each group, and control group with routine nursing, the experimental group based on the evaluation of patients, communication with the patient and family members, implementation of protective constraint, and at the same time give patients psychological nursing, strengthening education and training of the nurse. Compare and investigate the incidence plications and two groups of patients to nursing job : An assessment of the patient, the implementation of conservation constraints, and achieved remarkable results, reducing the incidence plications, increasing the trust of patients and their families. Conclusion: Not only through the scientific method to reduce plications and get the trust of the patients and their families.
