针灸治疗慢性咽喉炎临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的:探讨针灸治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:将2012年9月至2015年12月于鲁甸县中医院确诊为慢性咽炎的81例患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组40例患者采用西医常规治疗,观察组41例则采用针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效情况。结果:经治疗,患者症状均较前改善,症状评分均降低,但观察组改善更显著,且总有效率更高,差异显著,P<。结论:针灸治疗慢性咽喉炎效果显著,可提高临床疗效,优于常规西医治疗,值得推广。

[Abstract]:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treatment of chronic :December September 2012 to 2015 in Ludian County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis for chronic pharyngitis of 81 cases of patients were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups,control group(40 cases) were treated with routine western medicine therapy,41 cases in the observation group is used acupuncture pared two groups of patients with clinical curative :after treatment,symptoms were pared with the previous,symptom scores decreased was observed,but the group improved more significantly and total efficiency is high,the significant P<.:acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis effect significantly,can improve the clinical the conventional western medicine treatment,it is worth promoting.
