高频电刀手术治疗痔疮患者的护理措施

【摘要】目的探究高频电刀手术治疗痔疮的护理措施及效果,以提高临床护理质量。方法选取2012年6月—2015年5月在我院诊断为痔疮并行高频电刀手术治疗的患者102例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上再给予干预性护理,观察两组患者护理后的并发症的情况及患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组患者术后出血、便秘、肛周水肿及尿潴留等并发症的情况均明显少于对照组(p<);%,%(p<)。结论痔疮患者采用高频电刀手术治疗时进行干预性护理的效果显著,有效减少了患者术后的并发症,提高了患者对护理的满意率,值得在临床上推广应用。
