关于中孕胎儿B超常规检查的临床探讨

摘要:目的:探讨针对中孕胎儿采用B超常规检查后的临床效果分析。方法:选取我院2013年12月-2014年12月我院收治的250例中孕期产妇作为研究对象,对其行常规B超检查,并对检查结果进行分析。结果:在250例中孕期产妇中,经常规B超检查后,%(6/250)的胎儿异常,其中有2例为胎儿水肿综合征、1例心脏畸形、2例神经系统畸形,并且在检查6例胎儿异常中有5例进行了引产,其病理结构和检查结果一致。结论:针对中孕期产妇行常规B超检查,可有效提升胎儿畸形的诊断率,减少畸形胎儿的出生几率,对产妇的临床诊断具有非常重要的意义,值得在临床上推广。

Abstract:objective:to study on the fetus with extraordinary B's examination after the clinical effect of :selected from December 2013 - December 2014 in our hospital 250 cases of pregnancy women as the research object,uneffective routine ultrasound examination,and the inspection results were :in 250 cases of pregnant women,after routine ultrasound examination,found that %(6/250)of the fetal abnormalities,including 2 cases of hydrops fetalis syndrome,1 case of cardiac malformation,2 cases of nervous system abnormalities,and check in 6 cases of fetal anomaly induced labor in 5 cases,its pathologic structure and test :in view of the regular prenatal maternal line of B ultrasonic examination,which can effectively improve the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities,reduce the incidence of malformation fetus,the clinical diagnosis of maternal has very important significance,is worth popularizing in clinic.

在临床诊断中,胎儿先天性畸形也被称
