中药调剂中存在问题的分析及管理方法探讨

【摘要】目的:为了保证病人在用药过程中的安全、有效、经济,探讨中药调剂中存在的问题及其管理方法。方法:选择脑中风患者中给予中药调剂的98例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例。治疗组患者采用电子设备记录法,对照组患者采用传统手写记录法。患者均采取定期随访,分析、调查调剂有误的原因。结果:治疗组 %,%。两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:中药调剂中的存在的主要问题为药方质量偏差和人员专业素养不足,采用电子设备记录更能准确无误,同时调整药方质量,提高调剂人员的专业素质和技能,以保证病人在用药过程中的安全、有效、经济。
【 abstract 】 objective: in order to guarantee the patient in the process of drug safety, effective and economic, this paper probes into the problems in the traditional Chinese medicine dispensing and its management methods. Methods: stroke patients in Chinese medicine dispensing, 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n = 49. Treatment group were treated by electronic recording equipment, the control group were treated by traditional handwritten recording. Patients were taken regularly, analysis, investigating the cause of the dispensing errors.
