60例无痛人流术的护理干预分析

摘要:目的:对无痛人流术的临床护理方法进行分析。方法:选取自2014年10月至2015年6月在我院接受无痛人流术治疗的60例患者,通过随机抽样的方法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。其中对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全面护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比、分析。结果:观察组的护理满意度明显优于对照组,两组护理效果比较差异显著(P<),存在统计学意义。结论:无痛人流术患者接受全面的临床护理干预,能够有效提高治疗效果,改善预后情况,降低术后并发症发生率,临床效果非常理想,值得进一步推广。

Abstract Objective:to analyze the clinical nursing method of painless artificial :from October 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of painless abortion,the method is divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group was prehensive nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of the two groups pared and :the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups were significantly different(P < ),there was a statistically significant :Patients with painless artificial abortion patients prehensive clinical nursing intervention,can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the prognosis,reduce the incidence of plications,clinical effect is very ideal,it is worth further promotion.
