我院全肠外营养液使用分布及配方分析

摘要:全胃肠外营养(Total parenteral nutrition,TPN)即不经口也不经胃管或胃肠造口,而是经静脉输注营养液来供应病人所需要的全部营养物质,包括热量(碳水化合物、脂肪乳剂)、必需和非必需氨基酸、维生素、电解质及微量元素、水。通过对昆明医科大学附属延安医院使用全肠外营养液(TPN)的科室和处方使用情况进行分析。分析我院2014年1月—6月分500张TPN处方资料。从处方分布、配方、剂量等进行分析,发现我院TPN处方基本合理,仍有部分处方存在不合理性。经过组织科室多方学习与协调,现临床医生严格根据患者病情制定个体化配方,关注TPN配伍稳定性、控制使用疗程减少TPN治疗的并发症,充分发挥了TPN支持治疗作用。

[Abstract]Total parenteral nutrition(Total parenteral nutrition,TPN)that is not by mouth nor by nasogastric or gastrostomy and jejunostomy,but by intravenous infusion of nutrient solution to supply the patient all required nutrients,including heat(carbohydrate,fat emulsion),essential and non essential amino acids,vitamins,electrolytes and trace elements, the use of total parenteral nutrition in Yanan Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University(TPN)for the analysis of the Department and prescription of our hospital in 2014 January - June 500 TPN prescription on the analysis from the prescription,prescription dose distribution,etc.,found the TPN prescription in our hospital was basically rational,there are still some unreasonable anization departments multi-party learning and coordination,we strictly making individual clinicians formula according to the condition of patients,the use of treatment to plications of TPN patible stabilit
