循环肿瘤细胞 Circulating Tumor Cell(CTC)
定义:多由自发或者诊疗操作脱离实体灶或者转移灶进入外周循环系统,数量极少。
特点:进入循环系统的肿瘤细胞大部分死亡,只有极少数高度转移性的能够存活,数量为1-10CTCs/ml血液或者1CTC/10^7血细胞。

将CTCS与红细胞、白细胞、正常上皮细胞、造血干细胞等区分开来.
