胆囊结石并胆囊炎患者的护理措施探究

【摘要】目的:研究分析胆囊结石并胆囊炎患者的护理措施。方法:将我院2014年12月-2016年6月胆囊结石并胆囊炎患者74例按随机方法随机分为普通护理组和综合护理组。普通护理组以普通模式开展护理工作;综合护理组以综合化模式开展护理工作。比较两组患者治疗依从性;住院平均天数、QOL生活质量水平;伤口感染等并发症发生情况。结果:综合护理组患者治疗依从性显著比普通护理组高,P<;综合护理组住院平均天数显著低于普通护理组,QOL生活质量水平显著比普通护理组好,P<;综合护理组伤口感染等并发症发生情况显著比普通护理组少,P<。结论:胆囊结石并胆囊炎患者综合性护理措施,可有效提高患者依从性,减少感染等并发症发生,缩短住院时间,促进患者生活质量水平的提升,值得推广应用。
