脑梗塞患者的临床治疗与护理体会

[摘要]目的:探讨脑梗塞患者的临床治疗与护理有效方法。方法:回顾性分析2011~2012年我院接收的80例脑梗塞患者的临床资料,总结归纳脑梗塞患者的临床治疗与护理的有效方法。结果:80例脑梗塞患者经临床治疗和综合护理后,治愈36例(45%),显效24例(30%),有效14例(%),%。结论:对脑梗塞患者采取积极的治疗方案,改善脑部血液循环,保证脑部供血,建立侧枝循环,消除脑水肿,并配以精心的护理和康复训练,可有效的治疗和缓解脑梗塞患者的临床症状,降低患者的死亡率和病残率,挽救患者的健康和生命。

The Clinical Treatment and Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical treatment and nursing of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis was applied to analyze the clinical data of 80 cases of cerebral infarction patient from 2011 to 2012 in the author’s hospital. The clinical effects and nursing methods were analyzed. Results Among 80 cases of cerebral infarction patients after clinical treatment prehensive care, 36 cases (45%) were cured, 24 cases (30%) were markedly cured, effective in 14 cases (%), with a total effective rate %. Conclusion Active treatment program toward cerebral infarction patients can improve brain blood circulation and ensure the brain blood supply to establish collateral circulation and eliminate cerebral edema. In addition, careful care and rehabilitation training
can effectively treat and relieve cerebral infarction pati
