脑胶质瘤复发时间影响因素分析

【摘要】目的探讨影响胶质瘤复发时间的相关因素。~,有完整随访资料且术后胶质瘤复发的患者资料,对相关因素与胶质瘤复发时间的关系进行统计分析。结果单因素分析结果显示患者年龄、术前KPS评分、术前癫痫、病理类型及术后放/化疗与脑胶质瘤复发时间相关(P<),再次行多因素COX比例风险模型回归分析提示患者年龄、病理类型及术后放/化疗有统计学意义(P<)。结论患者胶质瘤术后复发时间与预后密切相关,应正确判断患者的一般情况,根据术中情况及肿瘤性质在术后选择合适的放、化疗,采用手术治疗辅以术后放、化疗的综合疗法,从而达到满意的治疗效果。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the correlated factors on the time of glioma as recurrence.
