反相微乳液法制备负载型TiO2光催化剂
摘要:以TiCl4为原料、粉煤灰微珠为载体,采用反相微乳液法制备了负载型TiO2光催化剂,讨论了负载对TiO2光催化剂的性能的影响。用热分析仪(DSC-TGA)测定了前躯体的热解行为,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD) 、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)对催化剂的物相、形貌及特征官能团进行表征,并用可见分光光度计测定甲基橙的降解率。结果表明:焙烧温度为550 ℃时,负载型TiO2光催化剂为锐钛矿与金红石混合型,且微珠表面形成一层连续、均匀的薄膜。甲基橙催化降解实验表明:负载型TiO2催化剂对甲基橙的降解率在90 min内达到49%,明显高于未负载型光催化剂。
