高频电刀手术治疗痔疮的临床护理配合

【摘要】目的:探究高频电刀手术治疗痔疮中的护理配合。方法:选取高频电刀手术治疗的痔疮患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果:观察组有效率为100%,%;观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,焦虑及疼痛情况明显优于对照组,P<,均具有统计学意义。结论:综合护理配合在高频电刀手术治疗的痔疮患者中应用效果较好,能够降低并发症发生率,明显改善患者的焦虑情绪和疼痛,值得在临床上推广。
