机械式多点变压边力压边组件的设计

摘要: 分析了目前多点变压边力压边装置的研究现状, 设计出一种由齿轮齿条机构、凸轮机构及碟形弹簧组成的机械
式多点变压边力压边组件。介绍了该组件的结构及工作过程为: 利用齿轮齿条机构将上滑块的直线移动转换为凸轮的
转动, 通过改变凸轮的轮廓曲线、初始位置和转动角度得到不同的弹簧变形量, 从而可实现预期的压边力变化。
