秸秆粗饲料加工机械的设计与研究

摘要:秸秆是一种较好的粗饲料资源,我国秸秆资源丰富,如何充分利用秸秆进行粗饲料的生产,对于我国秸秆资源的合理化
利用及畜牧业的发展意义重大。秸秆加工机械的发展有利于秸秆资源饲料化的利用,笔者对秸秆粗饲料加工机械进行了设计研
究,重点对该机的关键工作部件--切碎器进行了分析研究,并利用 ANSYS 对部分工作部件进行有限元分析及模态分析,测试其
稳定性及强度,确定机械工作性能参数。选用玉米秸秆作为加工物料,通过不同含水率的玉米秸秆切碎性能的试验分析可知,该
机设计合理、可靠,加工出的物料能较好地满足要求。

Abstract: Straw is a good and rich roughage resource in china. How to make full use of straw for roughage production
has great significance for rationalization utilization of straw resource and development of livestock industry in China. The
development of straw processing machinery is conducive to full utilization of feed of straw resources, so, the straw
processing machine has been designed and studied, which focus on the analysis and research on the key working parts of
