我国风电发展与利用风电进行
海水淡化研究

摘要:本文简要分析了我国风能资源分布、风电装机及“弃风”情况,概括介绍了我国水资源、
苦咸水及缺水城市情况。对当前开展风电海水淡化联合系统建设所涉及的关键技术和经济性进行了
初步分析,指出海水淡化系统具备作为可调负荷的技术条件。基于我国自然资源禀赋,应积极推进
跨行业部门间的区域风电与淡水资源综合规划与开发,以降低社会经济发展成本,实现我国能源与
经济的可持续发展。

Abstract: Comprehensive development of freshwater resources and wind power is an important strategic measure
for the sustainable development of energy and economy in China. This paper briefly analyzes the distribution of wind
resources, wind power capacity and “abandoned wind” situation in China and also analyzes water resources, brackish
water and city’s water shortage situation. Engineering and key technologies related to the joint construction of wind power
desalination in China are investigated, including a brief economic feasibility analysis. It is convincing for seawater
desalination system as a better adjustable load. Based on our natural resource endowments, it is urgent to promote cross-
sector planning and development of regional resources for minimizing social costs of economic development.
