秦皇岛市大学生生活费来源调查论文
引言
随着近年来高校扩招政策的实施,越来越多的青年走入大学。我国政府近几年无论是从师资力量上还是从资金上都加大了对教育的投入。无论对于国家还是一个家庭,培养一个大学生都要付出很大的代价。但是,学校的奖学金及助学金政策是否合理,是否能真正地帮助到大学生,政府在这方面还要进行哪些改进,父母应该给大学生多少费用才算合理,大学生又应该为自己的大学投资负些什么责任,用什么方式才是最有效的负责任的方式,这些都需要用第一手资料进行深入研究。
为了研究这些问题,我们团队对秦皇岛市各高校大学生生活费用运用分层抽样的方法进行了广泛的问卷调查,对得到的数据进行了系统分析,并对以上问题提出了一些建议,希望能为此领域的其他研究者和决策者提供一些有效的参考信息。本文以下分为调查方案设计、数据分析及结论三大部分进行论述。

With the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion , more and more youth enter the universities and colleges Our government has increased the investment to education in so many aspects such as the quality of faulty and the quantity of money. To forster  college students will cost  great price to both countries and  families. However, whether the school scholarships and fellowships policy is reasonable and whether those scolarships do work to help the undergraduates and graduates remains to be a question that need to be answered by government. Besides, there are still some problems such as what is the reasonable living fee should parents provided for their children , what are the accontabilities should undergraduates and graduates  take accounting for investments fluxed into themselves and what is the most effective way to take it ,need to be study with the first-hand informations.
In order to analyze those questions, our team had taken a survey to investigate the  living fee of students in universuties of  Qin huangdao via  stratified sampling method which recieved a consider number of  replies. We had analyzed the data systematically and put forward some suggestions hoping to  offer some effective reference informations to other ones who also interested in the same issue and policymakers .The article is divided into three great parts including survey scheme design, data analysis and conclusions.
