摘要
在世界印刷技术日新月异的飞速发展浪潮中,中国印刷业无论在技术还是生产层面上都取得了长足的进步。印刷专业人才无论从数量还是质量上都有很大的提高,这离不开不断开拓进取的精神和对印刷新技术的掌握,本文着重介绍柔性版的印刷工艺,包括印前制版和印刷过程。其中印前Ctp直接出版系统属于一种新工艺,在中国印刷业得到较高的普及,是未来制版系统发展的趋势。CTP系统取消了菲林及其相关工艺器材,大大缩短了印刷制版时间,提高了时效性。省去了印版脏点和胶片边缘的手工修整时间。数字化拼版取代了传统印刷中非常耗时的胶片拼版。文中详细描写了图文信息处理,制版板材和设备,粘版以及撕版工艺,常见故障及排除;印刷工艺部分是以柔性机的型号,结构,以及工作原理来展开论述的,采用实例分析了印刷中注意环节和印刷部件的选择,包括上墨,网纹辊的选择,上版,印刷压力调节,温度设定,纸张张力控制,走纸矫正,模切刀压力等。并对印刷过程中容易出现的故障进行了分析和描述。内容结合了所学相关课程和实践中所学知识,对柔性版整个印刷工艺流程做了全面的介绍。
