汽车召回风险分析和控制方法研究

摘要

缺陷汽车产品召回会给企业带来巨大的风险甚至危机,中国汽车召
回制度的实施,迫使中国汽车制造企业必须开展预防性的风险分析与控
制研究。本文首先对国内外缺陷汽车产品召回案例进行原因分析与经验
总结,通过召回风险评估分析确定了关键风险因素,并制定出相应的控
制机制,在此基础上进一步探讨了供应商零部件追溯和整车厂内部工艺
过程追溯的方法和实现技术,并针对螺纹连接工艺关键点控制方法进行
深入分析,提出了螺纹连接工艺质量控制技术和保证方法。本文的研究内
容是我国汽车召回风险分析与控制领域的探索性工作,为我国汽车企业
召回风险控制提供了理论支持和方法借鉴。

THE RISK ANALYSES OF VEHICLE RECALL
AND THE RESEARCH OF CONTROL METHOD

ABSTRACT

The defective vehicle product recall will pany giant risks and
crises. With the recall system actualization in China, the Chinese automobile
companies must carry through the preventative risk analyses and search for
the control method. The article firstly analyzes the causes of the defective
vehicle products recall worldwide cases, and summarize their experiences.
The key risk factors and the relevant control mechanism are confirmed
through the evaluation of recall risk. On this basis, the methods and the
actualization techniques of the parts and technology trace are more discussed.
The control techniques and assurance methods are introduced through the
further analyses of the critical points control methods in bolts connection.
The contents of the article are exploratory work in the area of recall risk
analyses and control in China, and they offer the theoretic supports and the
methodological references in recall risk control for Chinese vehicle
companies.
