城市道路交通规划
摘要:当前我国很多城市的公安交通管理工作面临着交通拥堵、交通秩序混乱、交通事故频发等诸多问题,但交通管理工作不应只是忙于解决已经出现的各种交通问题,还应当从战略高度结合城市规划和城市交通规划超前研究交通管理对策,即制定交通管理规划,实现长效管理。本文分析了进行城市道路交通管理规划的必要性,提出了交通管理规划应涉及的内容、规划原则和过程,最后从交通工程的角度论述了交通管理规划内容之一的道路交通组织规划实现的过程。

Abstract:Public security traffic management work of the current our country a lot of city is faced with many problems of traffic congestion, traffic chaos, traffic accidents and traffic management, but should not just was busy solving the traffic problems have appeared, also should from the bination of city planning and city traffic planning study in advance of traffic management measures, namely the formulation of the traffic management planning, implementation of long-term management. This paper analyzes the necessity of city road traffic management planning, proposed the traffic management planning should be involved in the content, planning principle and process, and discusses the process of road anization planning of traffic management planning content from the angle of traffic engineering.
