摘要
随着信息技术的发展,传统的社区管理模式已经不能满足数字化社区管理的要求,数字化社区信息管理系统就是把计算机技术和信息技术引入物业管理之中,配之基于C/S模式的相应管理软件,实现对现代数字化社区的综合管理,使得物业管理能够适应数字化环境下市场的变化,在更好的改善人们生活水平的同时提高工作效率。本系统以Visual studio2005 作为开发平台,SQL Server 2005 作为数据库平台,采用符合软件工程学的比较传统的原型模型法。社区服务信息管理系统从功能上划分为若干个子系统,主要包括登录模块,社区概况,住户管理,水电管理,民政管理,住房管理,幼妇保健,社区服务信息,疫苗管理,系统设置模块。社区服务管理系统的实现主要意义在于避免传统手写方式产生的数据丢失、书写错误、劳动强度高且时间和空间上限制的等问题。本文详细地介绍了软件的开发环境、数据库的设计、各个模块的设计和实现及具体界面的设计。
