摘要
自动化立体停车位是通过可编程控制器控制载车板的空间变动,使车位能够实现空间到平面的转化,实现多层平面停车的功能。可编程控制器是一种数字运算操作的电子系统,专为在工业环境下的应用而设计。PLC作为自动化工业控制器,目前国内的在大多数机械式立体停车设备中,其控制核心单元多为PLC,并通过控制操作盒,由工作人员现场操作实现对车位的管理和控制。由于立体停车设备动作复杂,要求控制系统实现顺序动作控制,速度控制,定位控制及安全互锁控制,所以PLC是立体停车设备的首选的控制系统。
本设计是以立体停车设备为基本理念,以二层五车位升降横移为研究对象。通过检测车位运行状态和其参数,控制电机轮流工作,合理调度电机运行。系统通过计算机以图形、图像、数据、文字等方式,直观、形象、实时地反映系统工作状态以及车位位置等参数,并通过PLC通讯模块与监测监控主机实现数据交换,该系统具有运行可靠、操作方便、自动化程度高等特点。

ABSTRACT
Automatic parking position is achieved by programmable controller to control the car carrying board space changes, so that the car can achieve space to plane transformation, realizes multiple functions of single-layer plane parking. Programmable controller is a digital puters operating system, specifically for the industrial application and design environment. PLC as industrial automation controller, at present, in the majority of lifting transferring elevator type parking equipment, its core control unit for PLC, and through the control button, by the staff of field operation to achieve the garage management and control. Stereo parking equipment movement plex, requirements of control system to realize the sequence control, speed control, position control and safety interlock control. So PLC is stereo parking device in the preferred control system.
The design is based on the three-dimensional parking equipment as the basic concept, with a two layer five parking spaces for the study object. First through to the voltage distribution ponents selection, painting, electrical wiring diagram; then through detecting parking operation status and other parameters, control the motor turns the work, reasonable attemper motor operation.
