摘要
随着计算机技术地迅猛发展,使得客户信息管理地技术手段和载体发生了革命性地变化,传统地客户信息管理方式已经不能满足企业发展地需要,迫切需要利用已经拥有地计算机、网络资源,实现企业地信息化,加快企业内部地信息交流与信息地有效利用.
为此设计一个中小企业客户信息管理系统, ESS2007,设计了一个中小企业客户信息管理系统,,将数据库操作封装在类中,使得程序结构清晰并且易于维护;充分利用了界面与业务逻辑分离地三层架构,提高了系统地性能,体现出了客户信息管理系统地安全性、可维护性、重用性和扩展性地优点.
本文首先简要介绍了客户信息管理系统地发展背景、意义及研究方法,然后对中小化工企业客户信息管理系统进行了系统分析,在此基础上完成了中小企业客户信息管理系统地数据库设计和界面设计,最后运用MicrosoftVisual ESS 2007实现了本系统,系统运行状况良好,达到了企业需求.

Abstract
With the rapid development putertechnology,greatchanges have taken place incustomer information management especially on the technical means and vectors,and the traditional customer information management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise an urgent need to speedup the internal exchange of information and to improve the use of informationtll all puter work resources we already have.
Therefor we designed a SMEs customer information management will provide different management according to different the paper,we explain the function andf eature of this SMEs customer information management well as how to useVisual ess2007 to develop a database system is mainly based on object-oriented design, packaging operation of the databasein class,which makes the program structure clear and easily ,we use structure that interface and business is separatedlogically,which help to improve the performance of system and bring us safety, maintainability,reuSability and extensibility.
