摘要
随着世界经济的快速发展,我国钢铁企业获得了蓬勃的生机。在经过了60多年来的迅猛发展后,逐渐形成了完善的工业体系。但与此同时,钢铁企业由于长期粗放发展所积累的矛盾也日益突出。在“十二五”规划和新环保法的规定中,国家对钢铁企业的发展提出了更高的要求。
汉钢公司已在多年的钢铁产品经营活动中占据一席之地,但当前的国家政策和市场环境发生了重大的变化,这使得汉钢公司有必要对公司未来的发展进行发展战略规划和实施。本文围绕汉钢公司的发展战略进行研究。论文分五个部分进行展开,第一部分提出在当今的时代背景下,对钢铁企业进行发展战略规划的目的和意义,并概述企业战略管理的相关理论;第二部分介绍汉钢公司的发展历程和经营现状;第三部分叙述公司内部环境和外部环境,并进行SWOT矩阵分析;第四部分制定公司未来三年的战略目标,在企业战略管理理论的支撑下,选择集中生产单一产品战略和绿色生产化战略为公司的发展战略;第五部分论述从组织机构与管理模式的改造、资源配置的优化、战略实施中领导作用的强化、企业文化的建设、市场营销工作的加强等方面进行战略实施,最后为保证战略的顺利实施建立新的战略实施系统,近而促进企业快速发展,实现中国钢铁强企的发展目标。
