摘要
目前,中国的北京、天津、香港、上海、广州、深圳等城市都有了地铁,许多城市的地铁也在紧锣密鼓地修建之中。因为地铁的舒适、快捷和便利,成为人们出行的重要交通工具,地铁也就成为了许多城市交通的重要组成部分。本课题以北京地铁10号线二期莲花桥站~公主坟站区间隧道工程为工程背景,对地铁盾构施工进行设计。
首先,对盾构机的功能特点进行了解,研究北京当地的地质情况,选择合适的施工方案。然后进行隧道的荷载计算,利用ansys软件进行结构内力计算,对地铁区间隧道进行衬砌设计。之后进行盾构机的选型和设计,做好施工组织计划。经过努力取得了一些成果,完成了设计计算书和施工组织设计,熟悉了衬砌结构设计计算方法,对盾构机和盾构施工的过程有了更进一步的了解。

Abstract
Currently, Beijing, tianjin, Hong Kong, Shanghai, guangzhou, shenzhen and other cities have the subway, many cities in the middle of the subway built in. Because the subway fortable, fast and convenient, e the important people trip traffic tools, subway es a lot is an important part of urban traffic. This topic by Beijing subway line 10 second lotus bridge between standing ~ princess 'grave station tunnel engineering for engineering background, the shield of metro construction design.
First of all, to shield construction machine understanding, the functions and characteristics of the geological conditions of Beijing local research, choosing the appropriate construction scheme. Then the tunnel load calculation, ansys software, the structural internal force calculation of metro tunnels for lining design. After the shield machine selection and design, completes the construction plans. Through efforts made some achievements, completed the design calculations and familiar with the anization design, lining structure design and calculation method of shield machine and to shield construction process with further information.
