银杏内生真菌种群多样性的研究

摘要[ 目的] 探讨银杏内生真菌种群的多样性。[ 方法] 报道江西彭泽和九江学院校园产的银杏根、茎、叶、种子4 个部位内生真菌种群
多样性。[ 结果] 从银杏( Ginkgo biloba L.) 根、茎、叶、种子中分别分离获得内生真菌16 、22 、38 和14 株, 共计90 株。经形态观察分类鉴定
为6 个目、7 个科、22 个属。结果表明, 银杏不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及其组成存在差异。[ 结论] 该研究为开发利用银杏资
源提供了理论依据。
