自从人类社会产生以来,物流就与人类社会的发展密切相关。在春秋战国时期,思想家管子提出了“蓄藏”、“仓廪实”的思想,孔子将“足食”、“足兵”、“足信”作为治国的方论。古代有一句军事谚语叫做“兵马未动,粮草先行”。其实就是说的在军事斗争中物流的重要作用。
近代,英国在完成工业革命之后,以“炮舰”的外交方式,远征到亚洲、美洲和非洲大陆,建立起了殖民地,并且通过海上运输线将全球资源不断的运回本土,在它成就大不列颠工业文明的同时,也书写了“日不落帝国”的神话。二战时期,美、英等盟军能够夺取第二次世界大战的胜利,很大程度上归功于物流后勤。反法西斯同盟军创造性地使用优化的方法和先进的技术,对军需物资的运输、仓储、采购、分发等进行统筹性安排,在横跨西欧、北美洲、大西洋等的广大战场里成功对各战区实施了军事用品的补给,为最终二战的胜利提供了强有力的物资保障。
那么到底什么是第三方物流?第三方物流具有哪些功能和作用?第三方物流的特征和发展趋势是什么?第三物流产业和岗位有哪些?我们应该学习和掌握哪些知识,具备什么样的能力,才能达到第三方物流对职业技能的要求?
