雨伞轮椅借用流程图
(1)借用雨伞服务
客人要借用雨伞时,应填写《借条》(见附录业务报表)。
请客人交付押金,或请客人在借条上签字并注上房号。
雨过天晴后,检查雨伞总数,并将雨伞妥善保管好。
(2)借用轮椅车服务
为残疾客人提供借用轮椅车服务,应填写借条,注明客人姓名、抵离日期,并请客人签名。
在交接班上做好记录,每班认真交接,客人离店时将轮椅车收回。
