摘要
数字控制是近代发展起来的一种自动化控制技术是用数字化信号对机床运动极其加工过程进行控制的一种方法,5重要标准。本论文是关于数控铣床主轴传动系统的设计,首先是数控铣床的介绍和数控铣床主传动主轴箱设计的要求,配置以及主要的设计思想要求。再初选数控铣床的主电机,由于本设计是数控铣床,根据所设计的铣削最大工件的铣削力要求,以及各轴要求的转速确定电机的功率,整个传动系统采用无级调速,电机的选取必须为变频系列。电动机与主轴箱之间采用带传动,根据本设计电动机的传动速率以及它与主轴箱之间的传动比,确定出大、小带轮的直径,V带的型号,大小带轮的中心距,同时验算大、小带轮,最后确定V带的根数。在分级变速箱的设计过程中,根据主轴箱内各轴之间传动比,确定各轴的最小直径,以及每个轴上各组啮合齿轮的尺寸。本论文最后一章是数控铣床主轴部分的设计以及对主轴的校核。通过本设计可以一般对数控铣床的主轴传动部分有一个深刻的了解。
