【摘要】近些年,国际形势相对稳定,中国随着改革开放的大力推行,经济建设发展迅速,政府加强了能源、交通和建筑等行业的发展,进行大规模的建设。因此,建筑业的发展规模和速度相当可观,各方面的水平都有了很大的提高,供应链管理思想在工程项目管理中的应用也越来越受到重视。为此,文章分析介绍了目前国内外常见的工程项目管理模式,在已有研究成果的基础上,结合我国工程项目管理的发展形势,通过对建筑供应链的分析来研究合理的工程项目管理模式应用,得出以项目管理公司为中心的建筑供应链管理模式。

Abatract :In recent years, the international situation is relatively stable, and the economic construction of China is developing vigorously with the reform and opening up policy, Government strengthens the energy, transport and construction industry, constructing many large-scale projects. Therefore, the scale and speed of construction industry has been greatly improved in all aspects, Supply Chain Management in Project Management is also paid more and more attention. To this end, this paper mon project management models at home and abroad, base on existing research results bine with the development of the situation of project management, studies the rational model of project management application through the construction supply chain analysis, and drawn to the construction supply chain management mode which as the central of project pany.
