摘要
随着经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对现代产品的质量越来越看重了,基于此企业所面临的就是生产产品既要快速又要质量好,而且自己的生产成本也不能太高。随之而来的就是全球各企业开展的一波“改善”狂潮,目的就是想方设法降低自己的生产成本,而其中就包括了生产现场的布局改善和生产线改善。如果企业能切实降低自己的生产成本,那么它就能在世界市场的激烈竞争上占有优势。
本文主要阐述了企业生产现场改善的现状以及国内外发展趋势,并且充分利用自己在吉田建材(苏州)有限公司的实习机会,以零件工厂晾衣杆线布局改善为实例进行具体分析。在改善的过程中运用系统布置设计(SLP)方法对生产现场的布局进行了优化;运用现场5S对现场的库存进行了整理;运用动作经济原则使得工作人员动作更简洁,更轻松;运用ECRS原则对生产线工序进行优化,这些改善都带来了很好的效果。
具体的改善效果简述如下:运用SLP的布局改善,使现场布局更合理化,物流分配更合理;现场5S改善主要使现场仓库管理更为方便且减少了大量库存,现场只存放一周内用到的原材料或子部品;动作经济原则使员工的操作更规范,更标准化,工作台布局更加合理,从而提高了工作效率;ECRS原则使工序得到了优化,取消无用的工序,合并可合并的工序,使得晾衣杆生产线工序由13道减少为8道。
