摘要
组合机床是由系列化、标准化的通用部件和按加工零件的形状设计的专用部件所组成的专用机床,适用于大批大量生产,是一种高效自动化机床,一般采用电气程序控制系统实现自动工作循环。Z29-Ⅲ组合机床是一次性加工同一直线上且相对位置固定的三孔专用机床。本次设计主要是对Z29-Ⅲ组合机床快进传动系统的设计,主要包括传动方案,齿轮,轴等传动部件的设计及其配件的选取,同时进行机床导轨设计和导轨加工工艺的编制。
本次设计机械滑台是用以完成进给运动的通用部件,由滑台部分及其传动装置制动器等辅助部分组成。机械滑台的工作循环是靠安装在滑座后端的运动装置驱动的。滑台的工作进给是由工作进给电机经蜗杆、蜗轮和行星机构传递给丝杠来实现的。滑台的快进快退是由快速电机经齿轮直接驱动。

This design mainly for Z29-Ⅲ combination of fast forward drive system design tools, including transmission programs, gears, shafts and other transmission parts and accessories design of the selection, at the same time guide rail of machine tool design and preparation process technology .
Machinery is used plete the slide into ponent to the campaign, in part by the slipway and auxiliary gear, such as brake parts. Slide the work of mechanical cycle is installed in the slide on the back-end device drivers in the sport.
