    Abstract: paring the results of transferrin and total iron binding capacity (TIBC), to study the relativity of transferrin and TIBC in the clinical apply and the results tested by the same library. Methods Different blood disease samples were tested for 2 items including transferrin and TIBC to analyze the relativity of transferring and TIBC. Results Transferrin and TIBC were identical in reference range and clinical application. The results’ relativity was well, r= 3. Conclusion The relativity of transferrin and TIBC is well in reference range , clinical application and test result.

    转铁蛋白(Transferrin, Tf)是血清中铁(Iron)的转运蛋白。总铁结合力(TotalIron binding capacity,TIBC)是指血清中转铁蛋白与铁结合的总量,实际反映转铁蛋白的水平。但由于总铁结合力实际上是铁离子和各种蛋白的非特异结合,所以不能依据转铁蛋白的分子量将二者相互转换。同时,由于转铁蛋白和总铁结合力的检测系统和检测方法并不相同,所以在日常工作中二者之间的相关性究竟有多大并不十分清楚。本文即对二者在铁代谢障碍疾病中应用的相关性及测定结果之间的相关性进行了研究。
1  材料与方法

  标本来源
选取本院门诊、住院部不同血液疾病(排除肾功能障碍)患者106例,男46例,女60例,年龄3岁~69岁。用不含铁的注射器及促凝管采集空腹静脉血,3 000 r/min离心10 min分离血清。标本无溶血、黄疸和脂血。
