Invitation for Conceptual Design for Xiangjiang River Waterfront Blueprint Project

湘江,既是湖南的主干河道,也是长沙的母亲河,是长沙历史和未来的传承纽带,在长沙市“两型社会”示范和“国际文化名城”建设中具有重要地位和作用。湘江在长沙市域内的长度约80公里,其中本次设计范围约25公里,位于中心城区内(从月亮岛桥至黑石铺大桥段),。该范围以北(长约38公里),以南(约17公里)段可以作为研究背景。
Xiangjiang River, serves both main watercourse in the domain of Hunan and Mother River nurturing whole Changsha City, as well as the heritage linking the long history of the provincial capital and future, making it all important in terms of standing and function in demonstration of Changsha as resource-saving and environment-friendly society and construction of international city of culture. Xiangjiang River passes through incity Changsha for approx. 80km, of which some 25km is included in the scope of design, in the downtown area(The section from Yueliangdao Bridge to Heishipu Bridge), where width is approx. . The north section (Approx. 38km in length) and south section (Approx. 17km) are considered for studying reference.
为了科学整合湘江及其沿岸资源,以把湘江打造成特色鲜明的空间发展主轴,完善长沙的城市功能,提升长沙的城市形象,开展本次湘江滨水区城市设计征集。
The objective of this invitation for conceptual design of Xiangjiang River waterfront blueprint project is for scientific integration of recourses of Xiangjiang River and the reach, and creation of unique axis of s
