Taking R County H Middle School in Chongqing as a research case, combined with the perspective of urban-rural coordinated development, this paper explores the application and significance of rural junior middle school-based teaching and research in today's education field. This paper first introduces the concept and development background of rural junior middle school-based teaching and research, and analyzes its status and role. On this basis, this paper introduces the basic situation of R County H Middle School and its achievements and experiences in school-based teaching and research. Next, this paper analyzes the impact of urban-rural coordinated development on rural junior middle school-based teaching and research, and puts forward corresponding prospects and challenges. Through various methods such as literature and data collection, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this article analyzes urban-rural coordinated development from multiple aspects such as education, economy, and policy, and describes how it provides a broader space and richer resources for rural junior middle school-based teaching and research. Finally, this article summarizes and evaluates the implementation of rural junior middle school-based teaching and research through practical experience. This paper believes that through the practice and innovation of school-based teaching and research, R County H Middle School has made significant achievements in education and teaching, and has gradually improved the knowledge and comprehensive quality of teachers and students.
