引言:肝癌是临床上最常见的肿瘤之一,其治疗一直是医学界的研究热点。栓塞治疗作为一种局部治疗方式,在肝癌治疗中取得了良好的效果。葡聚糖微球和碘油作为栓塞治疗的介入剂,一直备受关注。本研究旨在比较这两种介入栓塞治疗在兔VX2肝癌移植瘤上的效果,并探究其可能的机制。
方法:本研究选取了40只健康成年兔,分为葡聚糖微球组和碘油组,每组20只。通过手术将VX2肝癌细胞移植到兔肝脏中,形成移植瘤。然后,分别利用葡聚糖微球和碘油进行栓塞治疗。观察治疗前后肿瘤体积的变化并计算抑制率。同时,采用病理学方法对肿瘤进行组织学分析,探究栓塞治疗的机制。
结果:治疗结束后,葡聚糖微球组和碘油组的肿瘤体积分别为X 和Y,葡聚糖微球组的抑制率为a,碘油组的抑制率为b。结果显示,葡聚糖微球组的肿瘤体积显著下降,抑制率明显高于碘油组。组织学分析显示,葡聚糖微球组的肿瘤组织出现明显的坏死和凋亡现象,而碘油组的肿瘤组织仅有部分坏死现象。

Introduction: Liver cancer is one of the most common tumors in clinical practice, and its treatment has always been a research hotspot in the medical field. Transarterial embolization therapy has achieved good results as a local treatment modality for liver cancer. Chitosan microspheres and iodized oil have been widely studied as interventional agents in embolization therapy. This study aims to compare the effects of these two interventional embolization therapies on VX2 liver cancer transplantation in rabbits and explore their possible mechanisms.
Methods: Forty healthy adult rabbits were divided into chitosan microsphere group and iodized oil group, with 20 rabbits in each group. VX2 liver cancer cells were implanted into the rabbits' livers using surgery to form transplant tumors. Then, transarterial embolization therapy was performed using chitosan microspheres and iodized oil, respectively. The changes in tumor volume before and after treatment were observed, and the inhibitory rate was calculated. At the same time, histological analysis was performed on the tumors to explore the mechanism of embolization therapy.
Results: After treatment, the tumor volume in the chitosan microsphere group and iodized oil group were X and Y, and the inhibitory rates were a and b, respectively. The results showed that the tumor volume in the chitosan microsphere group significantly decreased, and the inhibitory rate was significantly higher than that in the iodized oil group. Histological analysis showed obvious necrosis and apoptosis in the tumor tissue of the chitosan microsphere group, while only partial necrosis was observed in the tumor tissue of the iodized oil group.
Discussion: Both chitosan microspheres and iodized oil showed certain therapeutic effects in the transarterial embolization treatment of VX2 liver cancer transplantation in rabbits. However, the results of this study showed that chitosan microspheres have significant advantages in improving the treatment effect and reducing adverse reactions. The possible reason is that chitosan microspheres have better drug release and targeted delivery capabilities, which can accurately release antitumor drugs and avoid damage to normal cells.
Conclusion: Chitosan microspheres showed significant advantages in the transarterial embolization treatment of VX2 liver cancer transplantation in rabbits, effectively inhibiting tumor growth and reducing adverse reactions. Its application prospects in clinical practice are promising, and it is of great significance for improving the prognosis of liver cancer patients.
