　　I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.
　　Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.
　　However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.
　　Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.

　　as everyone knows,english is very important has been used everywhere in the has become the most common language on internet and for international trade. if we can speak english well,we will have more chance to more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn english has increased at a high speed.
　　but for myself,i learn english not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for i learn english, i can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the i read english novels,i can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the i speak english, i can feel the confident from my i write english,i can see the beauty which is not the same as our chinese...
　　i love english,it gives me a colorful hope i can travel around the world one day. with my good english, i can make friends with many people from different can see many places of great dream that i can go to london,because it is the birth place of english.
　　i also want to use my good english to introduce our great places to the english spoken people,i hope that they can love our country like us.
　　i know, rome was not built in a day. i believe that after continuous hard study, one day i can speak english very well.










　　if you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. so i believe as i love english everyday , it will love me too.
　　i am sure that i will realize my dream one day!

敬重的各位领导、老师们、同学们：
　　上午好！我是今年新进老师，柴xx，来自高一化学组。特别荣幸，在开学典礼的今日，作为新老师代表在这里发言。
　　首先，请允许我代表新老师向给我们供应实现人生理想机会的校领导表示诚心的感谢。
　　能够成为一名老师，我们是华蜜的；能够成为二中的老师，我们更是深感骄傲。从我们踏上三尺讲台的那一刻起，我们就肩负了教书育人的圣神职责。我们深感责任重大，我们必需努力进取。在此，请允许我代表全体新老师慎重承诺，在今后的工作中努力做到以下四点：
　　一、做一名合格的老师
　　我们将以老老师为榜样，虚心请教、刻苦专研、努力探究本学科的教学方法，做到因材施教，争取在最短的时间内让自己的教学步入正轨。
　　二、做一名品德高尚的老师
　　古人云：“学高为师，身正为范”。一名优秀的老师不仅要有广博的学问，更要有高尚的道德情怀。我们要以自己的人格去塑造学生的人格，用自己的道德情感去唤醒学生的道德情感。“言传不如身教”我们将牢记于心。
　　三、做一名有责任感的老师
　　“师者，所以传道授业解惑也”。我们须要有高度的责任感，严谨务实的`工作作风，细心备课、细心讲解、耐性答疑，以同等的心态、观赏的目光、发展的眼光去对待每一位学生，成为学生学习上、生活中的好挚友。










　　四、做一名真正的凤冈二中人
　　凤冈二中的发展须要我们一代又一代人坚持不懈的努力。我们将继承和发扬二中的优良传统，在校领导的带领下，努力奋斗，对学校的发展做出应有的贡献。在这个舞台上实现自己的人生价值。
　　作为一名老师我想对同学们说：没有恒久的最终，只有短暂的落后，每天进步一点点，坚持，就会胜利。无论昨天的你怎样都已经过去。
　　新学期，新起点，新的希望，新的征程。我信任经验过磨练的我们会更加的成熟与自信！就让我们期盼明天更为丰硕的成果吧！在更为激励的竞争中披荆斩棘，尽展二中风采。在我们全体师生的努力下二中的明天会更加辉煌！
