一、课程目标:
《中学英语课程标准》从知识与技能、方法与过程、情感与态度等对课程总目标作出了进一步的阐述。下就九年级下册各单元,将目标定位如下:
Unit1 The changing world
Topic 1 My hometown has e more and more beautiful.
通过学习,要让学生掌握本单元词汇和句型,并能熟练应用,提高口语交际能力。除此之外,还要培养学生热爱家乡热爱祖国。
Topic 2 Which country has the largest population.
掌握现在完成时态的结构。
Topic 3 The world has changed for the better.
掌握本单元重点词汇,会用现在完成时,能够熟练运用所学句型谈论。
Unit2 Saving the earth
Topic 1 Pollution causes too many problems.
掌握本单元词汇,了解污染的类型。
Topic 2 All these problems are very serious
通过学习,让学生学会讨论污染的危害。
Topic 3 What kind of things can we do to protect the environment?
掌握本单元词汇及习惯用语,并讨论该如何保护环境。
Unit3 English around the world.
Topic 1 English is widely spoken throughout the world.
掌握本单元生词,并讨论英语在世界上应用的广泛性。
Topic 2 English is widely spoken differently in different countries.
讨论英语在不同国家用法的不同。
Topic 3 Could you give us some advice on how to learn English well?
讨论怎样才能学好英语。
Unit4 Amazing Science
Topic 1 Spaceships are mainly controlled puters.
掌握本单元新词,讨论计算机在科技领域的用途。
Topic 2 When was it invented?
学习新单词,掌握被动语态的基本结构,并讨论新发明的优点和缺点。
Topic 3 What do you know about Mars?
学习新单词,并熟练应用情态动词的被动语态。
二、课程内容:
根据普通《中学英语课程标准》的要求,采用人民教育出版社《九年级英语上册》课程内容进行教学。其课程内容包括:
