摘要
职业道德同人们的职业活动相联系,具有自身职业特征的道德和规范。秘书职业的特点,决定了秘书职业道德修养的内容。由于秘书人员是秘书工作的主体,能否做好秘书工作,很大程度上取决于秘书人员所具备的职业道德修养层次的高低。可见秘书职业道德在秘书事业发展当中是非常重要的。良好的职业道德是秘书人员从事快节奏、高效率工作的动力;是秘书人员自我完善的必要条件,是秘书人员职业活动的指南。
