摘要:发展一直是人类社会永恒的主题。由于我国人口众多,资源有限,再加上不合理的利用,加剧了资源的短缺。环境非常脆弱,近年来,随着地区经济的迅猛发展和工业化快速发展带来的污染和破坏得不到处理,污染也来越严重,人类与环境之间的矛盾日益尖锐,如果不加强治理后果将不堪设想。尤其是人口大省的河南。由于人民的生活水平逐渐提高,郑州的汽车数量猛增,相对加大了尾气排放量,加重了郑州的环境污染,使得郑州的天空阴霾不断,灰蒙蒙,很少见到蓝天,更不用说靓丽的白云。出现这样的问题到底该去找谁呢?是去找环保局,还是去找和环境有关的其他部门,再或者直接去找某某工厂和某人。这是个更难决策的事。说不定到头来会出现你推我我推你的局面,问题会变得更加复杂,更难解决。最好的解决办法就是谁都不污染,可是这怎么可能呢。

引言:郑州是省会城市,也是中原经济区及中原城市群的的中心城市,还是全国的交通枢纽,但是工业化,经济的快速发展,使人类赖以生存的环境遭到了破坏,出现了水污染(工业废水,生活污水),空气污染(霾,),还有固体废物(生活垃圾,建筑垃圾)。以下就是根据我的亲身经历和查找的一些资料,谈谈我的感受和想法。
