中国地铁建设对城市经济增长影响的
实证分析

[摘要]选取2O个城市并收集其12个年份的面板数据,将地铁建设作为虚拟变量引入城市经济增长的柯布一道格
拉斯函数模型,分析中国城市地铁建设对城市市辖区经济增长的影响。模型回归得出两个值得关注的结果:地铁建设
对城市市辖区经济增长的作用不显著;样本城市市辖区的经济增长处于规模报酬递减的发展阶段。

Abstract:In order to analyze the impact of urban subway construction on the urban municipal districts econontic
growth in paper selects 2O 12 years data together as panel data and introduces the dummy varialte
of subway construction into the Cobb—Douglas function model of the urban economic draws tⅣo
noteworthy results that the effect of subway construction on the urban municipal districts economic growth is not significaat,
and the economic growth in urban municipal districts is in the development stage of decreasing returns to scale.

当城市交通成为现代城市发展的“瓶颈”,一
般来说地铁建设就会被提上议事日程并付诸实施。
那么,地铁建设对城市经济发展的作用究竟怎样?
一些学者已经对此进行过探讨。张晓莉等认为在以
城市地铁建设为核心,以其直接带动的相关产业为
平台,在形成一定经济规模的基础上,向外层层扩
散的辐射效应将对经济产生有力的拉动作用??。沈
晓阳通过多种方法估算到地铁建设投资增加1个单位

泽成等研究表明,按照轨道交通明珠线二期计算,
由地铁建设而带动的经济增长对上海 GDP的贡献至

区域内部以及区域之间的联系日益紧密,城际的人
流、物流迅速增加,大力发展地铁经济是该区域经
济可持续发展的重要保障。
从学者们的以上研究成果来看,虽然定性分
析认为城市地铁建设对城市经济发展具有促进作
用,但是定量分析主要集中在单个城市地铁建设
投资对该城市经济增长的直接贡献。本文在普遍
