管道施工方法Piping Construction Method Statement
总则General
本工程将充分利本公司所属的中国一流的漕泾管道预制厂进行管道预制,并充分利用本公司擅长石油化工装置管道安装的特点进行现场管道安装。We plan to make full use of our piping fabrication shop located at Caojing, the first-class in China, to prefabricate the piping works of this project, and then transmit the prefabricated to jobsite for installation. We are experienced in the construction of piping works of petrochemical and chemical plants.
本工程的工艺物料品种较多,管道材质较复杂,有碳钢、不锈钢和低合金钢等。管道组对焊接要求高,同时由于装置的生产要求对管道内部的清洁度要求很高,在预制和安装过程中采取相应的对策,加大管道工厂化预制深度(预制深度达到60%以上),加强管道内部清洁度的管理,可以有效地保证施工质量。The plant will be running many types of process media, so the piping material involves many types, including carbon steel, stainless steel and low alloy. Alignment and welding of piping works shall require high quality. Meanwhile, the plant operations require high cleanliness inside piping systems, therefore during fabrication and installation the construction contractor will take proper measures to make sure piping insides are adequately clean to meet requirement.

实行预制与安装分离的总体模式,首先在我公司漕泾管道预制厂进行深度的工厂化预制。预制完成的管段按计划用拖车运送至现场。We plan to construct the piping in two steps: firstly prefabricate the piping works at fabrication workshop in Caojing, and then transport the prefabricated items with trailer to site for installation.
不锈钢管道在预制厂独立开设堆放场地,进行配件和管段存放;单独开设流水线,由专人和专用设备进行预制。At the prefabrication workshop we will deploy a separate storage yard to store the stainless steel pipe fittings and segments, and a separate production line
for the prefabrication of stainless steel piping works.
按区域和单元组织现场管道安装,对区域和单元内的管道按先安装大口径管道后安装小口径管道、先安装工艺管道后安装辅助管道的原则组织生产。We will install the piping in the sequence as the large diameter prior to the small diameter and the process piping prior to the assistant piping.
按试压包进行管道系统压力试验和严密性试验。We will perform pressure testing and air tight testing as per testing packages.
