摘要
本文介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列PLC对全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制,阐述了控制方案。实现全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制有多种,可以采用早期的模拟电路、数字电路或模数混合电路。近年来随着科技的飞速发展,单片机、PLC的应用不断地走向深入,同时带动传统的控制检测技术的不断更新。本文采用日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-48MR型PLC 作为核心控制器进行全自动洗衣机控制系统的设计,并且设计出了系统结构图、程序指令、梯形图以及输入输出端子的分配方案。同时根据全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制要求和特点,确定PLC 的输入输出分配,并进行现场调试。
