随着计算机技术的日益成熟,为社会的各行各业都带来了极大的发展和进步。我国的服务行业也取得了巨大发展。而服务行业中的酒店作为服务行业的窗口, 其服务和经营要求越来越高,酒店的竞争也愈来愈激烈。如何在激烈的竞争中生存发展,是每一个酒店必须面临的问题。对酒店的经营起决定作用的是酒店经营的服务水平。如何利用先进的经营手段,提高酒店的经营水平,已成为酒店业发展的当务之急。面对信息时代的机遇和挑战,利用科技手段即计算机网络提高企业管理无疑是一条行之有效的途径。因此,采用全新的计算机网络和酒店经营系统,已成为提高酒店的经营效率、吸引顾客的重要手段之一;为此,本系统主要针对大中型城市的中小型酒店管理更有益处。
本系统采用 ASP 结合 Access 数据库进行设计。是根据酒店的网络经营模式, 开发设计的酒店网络经营系统。主要内容有酒店网络化经营的趋势及优缺点;需求分析及实现目标;说明为什么选择 ASP 技术进行前台开发;介绍系统的具体设计过程,其中包括各种功能模块设计、以及几个主要 ASP 页面的设计等。酒店经营系统的主要功能有:酒店经营过程中的各种业务展示;实现酒店各种业务的在线预订;在线意见反馈、留言;站内的新闻发布(即文本信息、影音文件的发布)。采用 Access 数据库管理后台。后台管理功能主要有:各种信息管理(图片、文本、影音文件的修改);及预订订单管理;意见反馈审核等。

There have been great progress and development in many fields along with the increasing ripe technology puter, such as in service industry. The hotel industry, as a service window, needs high quality service to meet its fierce petition. Undoubtedly, it is an effective way for the hotel operators to make use of the information technology. Therefore, in order to improve the management efficiency, using work in hotel industry has e more and more important. The system mentioned in this thesis is more benefit for small and medium-sized hotels in the cities.
According to the features of hotels’ business model, the researchers adopt ASP and Access database technology to design this system in which contains the trends for hotels’ business and its advantages and disadvantages, for example, needs analysis and realization of goals. The thesis also introduces systematic and concrete design process, including the design of various functional modules, as well as several major ASP page design. The main functions of this technology include various business displays in the process of hotel operating, online hotel reservations; online feedback, comments; station press release (ie, text messaging, audio and video files published).
