视频侦查是现代信息技术与侦查实践结合的成果,在现代侦查实践中得到了广泛的
运用。它充分的吸收了现代信息技术的优秀成果,以其特有的技术特点直观性、客观详实性、信息反复使用性、信息拓展性,大大的提高了侦查机关的侦破能力和侦查效率, 有效的实现了社会防控和打击犯罪,维护了社会的稳定。
本文从视频侦查的概述、视频侦查的理论基础、视频侦查信息的采集、视频侦查信息的分析、视频侦查中存在的问题等五个方面的内容详细的对视频侦查进行了论述和分析。重点论述了视频侦查的一般概念和理论基础,并以理论加案例分析的形式着重分析了视频侦查信息的采集方式和视频侦查信息分析的运用,全面的对视频侦查进行了分析和研究。
本文的第一部分视频侦查概述,论述了视频侦查的概念、视频侦查的技术特点、视频侦查在实践中的运用和介绍了国外视频侦查的现状与运用。通过第一部分的内容,解读了什么是视频侦查,它具有哪些特点,国内外视频侦查的实践运用,介绍了现代主流国家视频侦查的先进经验。第二部分视频侦查的理论基础,分析了视频侦查的三大理论基础,视频侦查的时空理论、视频侦查的种属认定与同一认定理论、视频侦查的犯罪信息论,三大理论为视频侦查提供了坚实的理论基础。第三部分视频侦查信息的采集研究, 着重分析了视频侦查信息采集的内容、重点、方式和调取保存的方法,视频侦查信息的采集是视频侦查工作开展的前提和基础,也是本文重点论述的核心。第四部分视频侦查信息的分析运用,全面的论述了视频侦查信息分析的方法、作用、以及实践中的运用, 视频侦查信息的分析运用是视频侦查工作的核心和关键环节,视频侦查的一切工作都围绕视频侦查信息分析而展开,这部分笔者通过结合案例的方式详细的解读了视频侦查信息的分析和实践运用,论述了视频侦查对于现代侦查所发挥的巨大效用。第五部分视频侦查信息采集与分析运用存在的问题,分析了当前视频侦查工作了存在的问题与不足, 为后续视频侦查工作的进一步开展提供了改进的方向。
