浅谈市场经济中的市政工程造价管理
【摘要】.随着经济体制改革的深入,市政工程造价管理工作面临着更多新的挑战和要求,尤其是对市政工程造价管理机制的改革问题,在党的十四大确定建立社会主义市场经济体制及总目标以后,受到了社会和同行的普遍关注。产生了两种不同的观点,一部分同志认为,应该通过对现行造价管理制度及标准定撅改革,以加强工程造价管理的整体力度和深度;而另一部分同志则认为,在当前的市场经济体制下,工程的造价管理工作应当全部放开,政府不应再介入对其进行调控和管理。工程造价管理工作应该如何开展,是当前亟需研究并解决的问题。.
