摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,LED由于环保、寿命长、光电效率高等众多优点,近年来在各行业应用得以快速发展,同时,由于近年来的开关电源在电子电器各行业中占了非常重要的位置,由此驱动LED的开关电源就成了关注热点。
理论上,LED的使用寿命在10万小时以上,但在实际应用过程中,由于驱动电源的设计及驱动方式选择不当,使LED极易损坏。我们设计LED驱动电源时,有必要知道LED电流、电压特性,由于LED的生产厂家及LED规格不同,电流、电压特性均有差异。因此对驱动电源的设计提出了严格要求。根据LED电流、电压变化特点,采用恒流驱动方式,是比较理想的LED驱动方式,它能避免LED正向电压的改变而引起电流变动,同时恒定的电流使LED的亮度稳定。因此众多厂家选用恒流方式驱动LED,从而设计的开关电源就需要一个能恒流的直流驱动电源。传统的开关电源控制集成电路具有效率高、输出稳定、可靠性高,并可实现远程控制等功能。完全适合用来驱动LED的开关电源。
本文主要通过设计一个恒流驱动电源来驱动LED。通过各种电力电子组件和电力电子电路组成一个恒流的电源,达到设计的要求。
