超高分子量阳离子聚丙烯酰胺分散体系的制备与工艺研究
摘要
本论文在综合相关文献基础上,对环境友好型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺水分散体系的制备和工艺进行了研究。
1、根据大分子结构设计理论,以丙烯酰胺(AM)单体为主要原料,引入甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-苄基-二甲基氯化铵(MBDAC)为阳离子共聚单体,以聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)为分散剂,选择水溶性偶氮化合物(V-50)为引发剂,在硫酸铵溶液中采用水分散聚合技术制备了稳定的P(DMC/AM)共聚物。
2、系统考察了阳离子单体的配比、分散剂用量、无机盐浓度、引发剂用量等因素对水分散聚合反应、产物分子量、流动性和水溶性的影响。通过正交试验法确定最佳反应条件为:阳离子单体配比为::,%,,引发温度为55℃,硫酸铵浓度为:21%。
3、利用红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、激光粒度分布、激光光散射等分析手段对产品进行了表征。

STUDIES ON SYNTHESIS AND APPLICATION OF AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF CATIONIC
POLYACRYLAMIDE WITH ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT
On the basis of the relevant literature, the preparation rules, the swelling and rheology properties of the aqueous dispersion of cationic polyacrylamide, which was an environment-friendly type, were investigated in this thesis.
According to the molecular design clues, this research selected acrylamide(AM) as main raw material, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride (DMC) as the assistant monomer, poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride) (PDMC) as stabilizer and pounds(V-50) as initiator, the cationic polyelectrolyte was synthesized by aqueous dispersion polymerization in the ammonium sulfate solution.
The effects of varying factors, molar ratios of DMC/PDMC, the concentration of the dispersant, the concentration of ammonium sulfate, the dosage of initiator, molecular weight and the solubility of the system were investigated. By the orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as follows: the dosage of dispersant %, the concentration of initiator , the initiation temperature 55℃, the concentration of ammonium sulfate 21%
The dispersion copolymers were characterized with Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR), the Transmission Electronic Mirror (TEM), the Laser Particle-size Analyzer and the Laser Light Scattering Instrument.
