摘要

近年来,社会物流总额以平均每年20%增长,其中第三方物流的发展尤为迅速。在这样的大环境下,为了了解第三方物流公司的盈利模式,并对此做出分析,本文通过运用书籍和网络进行资料的查找,然后进行归类、分析、总结,达到了解第三方物流盈利模式的目的。
本文阐述了第三方物流的发展历史和第三方物流公司的经营类型,然后以中国快递业的第二大企业——顺丰速运集团公司的盈利模式为例,论证了顺丰速运集团公司盈利模式的形式、特点以及优劣性,进行了SWOT分析,并对顺丰速运提出作者的建议和观点,得出了顺丰速运集团公司盈利模式的优缺点并以针对缺陷提出作者的建议,达到了了解和学习第三方物流盈利模式的目的。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the total amount of social logistics showed an increasing tendency with an annual increase of 20%, especially the rapid development of the third party logistics. Under such circumstances, in order to understand the profit pattern of the third party logistics and gives a analysis of it, this paper fully classified, analyzed and summarized all the information found through reference books and ,and thus, reach that purpose.
This paper states the development history of the third party logistics and the business types of its service provider. Meanwhile, it takes the profit pattern of . Express Group Co., -----the second pany in Chinese express delivery industry as an example to illustrate the shape,the feature and the superiority or inferiority of pany's profit pattern. At the same time, by carrying out SWOT analysis, the author brings up his own suggestions and opinions and conclusion to the strengths and weakness of pany's profit pattern. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions to help understanding and learning the profit--making pattern of the third party logistics.
