摘要:
就目前形式来看,我国的综合机戒化采煤所使用的采煤机还在很多方面存在不足,本文就矿井内现行的各种采煤机存在的不足作出以下的分析和报告。本文报告指出,现行采煤机存在的不足有:第一、体积大,占用空间多,给井下采煤造成一定的工作效率阻碍;第二、质量重,给搬运,位移等工作造成不便;第三、采煤机本身所具有的功能有限,不能同时很好地满足薄煤层、厚煤层、急倾斜煤层等条件的开采,给煤矿经济上造成重大的损失;第四、现有的采煤机在采煤的同时还不能很好地满足“绿色”开采技术要求,采煤过程中扬起的灰尘没有完全得到很好的处理,从而容易导致工作人员的职业病;第五、现有的采煤机在采煤过程中普遍存在声音大,造成噪声污染等。
针对此种种问题,本报告提供一定的解决方法,可以在原有的技术基础上加以改进,从而达到使矿用采煤机在技术、效率、经济、操作、环保等方面能够充分发挥其效能,从而能够很好地为人类服务。

Summary:
From the view of the situations, prehensive mechanized coal mining machine in the field of mining cutting in our country still has some disadvantages, this passage will This passage will make analysis about the disadvantages of all kinds of
the coal mining machines which are using widespread in our country. The passage counts on the following disadvantages. Firstly, the coal mining machines are large and they take great space, which cause the steps of cutting coal slowly. Secondly, their quality is very heavy that makes it more difficult for workers to remove them from one workplace to another. Thirdly, their functions are all limited for they can’t satisfy the thin coal seam at the same time, the thick coal seam, the mining of steep seam and so on, which causing significant economic losses. Fourthly ,the mining coal machines can’t well satisfy with the green cutting , at the same time, the ash they product don’t well dealt with which makes workers get occupational disease easily. Fifthly, all the machines exist in the process of coal mining machine in mon voice big, cause noise pollution, etc. For the problems , the report will offer different kinds of ways to solute them, we could improve on the basis of the original technology ,so as to make mine coal wining machine in technology
